Warning: Adobe PageMill 2.0 changes the "=" characters in a link like this to their %XX hexidecimal equivalents whenever it saves the page. This makes the link not work as intended. Either don't use PageMill, or fix the page up after saving it out from PageMill. Other HTML editing programs may have similar problems. VisualPage 1.1.1 on Mac OS works OK.
